Digital delivery normally starts shortly after your payment is confirmed. Allow a few minutes for the confirmation and delivery email to arrive, especially if your bank or card provider takes longer to approve the payment.

Choose a product, continue to the secure hosted checkout, and follow the payment steps shown there. The checkout provider handles the payment details, while Nexthatch uses the confirmed result to release your product delivery.

Check the payment details and try again once, or use another payment method shown at checkout. If your bank shows a charge but no delivery arrives, do not buy again immediately — contact us with the product reference and the email used at checkout.

Look in the confirmation or delivery email sent to the address used at checkout. Search your inbox, spam, and promotions folders for “Nexthatch” or the product name, then open the link included in that message.

First check spam, promotions, filtered inboxes, and the email address entered at checkout. If it is still missing after a few minutes, contact Nexthatch with the product reference and checkout email so we can investigate the delivery.

Do not purchase the product again straight away. Contact us with your product reference and the email used at checkout, and we will help you recover access where the purchase can be verified.

Are Nexthatch digital products one-time purchases?

Yes. A product purchase is a one-time payment unless its product page explicitly says otherwise. Buying a template, prompt pack, calculator, guide, or other digital product does not enrol you in a recurring Nexthatch seller plan.

The seller plans currently shown on the pricing page are billed monthly. The monthly plan charge is separate from payment-processing charges and any platform fee that applies to a seller’s product sales.

What happens if a seller cancels a Nexthatch plan?

Cancellation stops future plan renewals; it does not turn a buyer’s completed product purchase into a subscription or cancel that purchase. Seller workspace access and plan benefits follow the cancellation confirmation and the terms shown for the plan at the time.

Will my buyer access disappear if a seller changes plans or cancels?

Your completed purchase remains a buyer purchase, not a Nexthatch seller subscription. If a delivery link no longer works, contact us with the product reference and checkout email so we can check the purchase and help with access.
